Carbon Black Pelletizing Line – Process Overview

  1. Raw Material Feeding

    • Carbon black powder (furnace black, recovered black, or specialty black) is fed into the system.

    • Small amounts of water or binder may be added to improve pelletizing.

  2. Mixing / Conditioning

    • Powder is uniformly mixed with water and/or binder.

    • Ensures consistent moisture content and prevents dust.

  3. Pelletizing

    • Material is formed into pellets using a pelletizer:
