How do chicken farms make organic fertilizers?
Stack the stirred chicken manure and auxiliary materials on the ground or in the fermentation groove. The ingredients are piled into long piles with a width of 1.5 meters to 2 meters. The fermentation bacteria agent and some auxiliary materials such as shell bran and powder residue are fully mixed, and then aerobic fermentation is carried out. Remember: Feed the prepared mixed materials into the horizontal mixer for mixing. The mixing must be even and thorough, and there are no dead blocks left.
After 2 to 3 days of composting, the temperature of the pile can reach 60 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius, killing diseases and insect pests such as Escherichia coli and eggs. After that, the odor of chicken manure is gradually eliminated. The compost becomes loose and dry, with a small amount of red mycelium. After a week it will emit a kind of wine koji fragrance. When the chicken manure pile has an obvious fermented fragrance and the color of the pile is brown or yellow-black, the bacterial manure will be fermented and mature, and it can be packed and shipped from the factory after a little drying.
Generally, the fermented chicken manure organic fertilizer requires a moisture content of 45%. It can be visually observed as a ball formed by hand, and there is no dripping water when you see it between your fingers. Seal it with a transparent plastic bag and place it in the sun. After two hours, there is no obvious swelling of the bag, indicating that the rot is relatively complete.
