Notes on the use of the disc granulator
1.The granulator should run forward, and avoid inversion.
2.The granulator should not be run with no load at first, and must be run with feeding, so as to avoid the sticking (shaft holding) phenomenon.
3.In order to avoid accidents and affect production, it is strictly forbidden to enter iron and other sundries into the feed port of the granulator and the vent hole.
4.When the bearing part of the reducer is burned, or accompanied by noise, it should be repaired in time and refueled.
5.When the bearing parts at both ends of the main engine bearing chamber are hot or there are noises, stop the machine for inspection and add butter. During normal operation, butter is added to the bearing chamber every 5-6 days.
6.Pay attention to be familiar with the operation rules of the machine, you can deal with it in time according to the situation.
7.When the fuselage is running unstable, you should pay attention to check whether the coupling gap is too tight, and loosen it in time.
