The system automates the entire packaging cycle. Empty ton bags are supplied from the bag library and picked up by robotic arms. The machine automatically clamps the bag and inflates it. Material is fed via gravity, belt, or screw (based on characteristics) and weighed accurately. After filling, the bag is moved, heat-sealed, and prepared for automatic palletizing.
