What processes are required for a small organic fertilizer production line?

A small organic fertilizer production line typically involves several processes to produce high-quality organic fertilizers. Here are the general processes involved:

Raw Material Preparation: This is the first step, where the raw materials for the organic fertilizer are selected and prepared. The raw materials include animal manure, crop residues, kitchen waste, and other organic wastes. The materials are collected and sorted, and any non-organic materials are removed.

Composting: The next step is to compost the raw materials. Composting is the process of decomposing the organic materials in a controlled manner, which converts them into a stable and nutrient-rich form. This process can be done using various machine such as crawler type compost turner, moving type compost turner, wheel type compost turner and so on.

Crushing and Mixing: After composting, the organic materials are crushed and mixed to form a uniform blend. This ensures that the nutrients are evenly distributed throughout the fertilizer.

Granulation: The blended materials are then granulated to form small pellets. This step is important because it makes the fertilizer easier to handle and apply, and also reduces the risk of nutrient loss during storage and transportation.

Drying and Cooling: The granulated fertilizer is then dried to remove excess moisture and cooled to prevent further chemical reactions.

Screening: The dried and cooled fertilizer is screened to remove any oversized or undersized pellets.

Packaging: Finally, the screened fertilizer is packaged in bags or other containers, ready for sale and use.
