Facing increasing demand for high-quality compound fertilizers in Zimbabwe and the surrounding regions, Panvert sought to establish an in-house production line that would meet international standards in efficiency, sustainability, and output quality.

V 2023, Panvert Investments partnered with us to install a 10-ton per hour compound fertilizer granulation production line. The project includes a complete processing system from batching, Miešanie, granulujúci, sušenie, cooling, skríning, to packaging.

• Fertilizer Type: NPK compound fertilizer
• Granulation Method: Rotary drum granulator
• Automation Level: Semi-automatic with PLC control
• Suroviny: Močovina, potassium chloride, ammonium phosphate, and micro-nutrients
