The machine consists of a vertical crushing chamber, rotor, and adjustable crushing plates.
Raw materials enter from the top and are hit repeatedly by the high-speed rotating blades attached to the rotor.
The material is crushed through impact, shear force, and grinding as it moves downward.
Finally, the finely crushed material exits from the bottom discharge outlet.
The adjustable clearance between the rotor and the crushing chamber ensures control over the final particle size.
