In October 2025, a long-term agricultural equipment client from Chile successfully purchased our disc granulator (also known as a pan granulator) for use in their organic and compound fertilizer production line. Client Background and Requirements

The Chilean customer operates a medium-scale fertilizer production plant focused on organic compost and NPK compound fertilizers. Before contacting us, they faced several challenges:

• Uneven granule size from their existing granulation equipment
• Low granulation rate (<70%) leading to high recycling loads
• Difficulty in handling fine and moisture-sensitive raw materials
