Granulation Process: As the inclined disc rotates, centrifugal force and gravity cause the moist material particles to roll along the disc’s surface. These particles gradually adhere and form into round granules.
Granule Growth and Discharge: Granules increase in size as they roll and agglomerate. Once they reach the desired size, they roll out from the edge of the disc and are collected.
Drying & Cooling: After discharge, the granules are typically dried and cooled to achieve the required strength and moisture content.
