How to calculate the size of fermentation workshop?

Organic fertilizer production is a coherent process. If the fermentation workshop is too small, it will cause insufficient raw materials, which will affect the stability of organic fertilizer production, on the contrary, if the fermentation workshop is too large, it will increase the cost of land. Therefore, it is also very important to design the size of the fermentation workshop reasonably. So how should the size of the fermentation workshop be calculated?
1. Calculating the volume of the fertilizer after being decomposed
The volume of organic fertilizer after fermentation will be reduced compared with that before fermentation. The reduction ratio of different raw materials will be different. Generally, the fertilizer after fermentation will be reduced by 1/3 to 1/2 compared with that before fermentation.

2. Calculating the reasonable workshop area according to the fermentation process
Groove type aerobic fermentation is a more space saving fermentation process. The thickness of the fertilizer is generally between 1.5-1.6 meters, and it can also reach 3 meters. However, the higher the thickness, the larger the width of the tank. And the higher the configuration of equipment requirements.
The piles composting fermentation process requires a larger area than the groove type aerobic fermentation process. The production capacity per unit area is only one third of the groove type aerobic fermentation, which means that the area of the site used for composting is about three times that of the groove aerobic fermentation process for the same weight of raw materials.
The organic fertilizer fermentation cylinder can save site. And the degree of automation and fermentation maturity is also high. The organic fertilizer fermentation cylinder has different bottom area and height according to the different specifications. The size of the site needs to be based on the specific conditions of the fermentation cylinder.
We have many types of equipment for fermenting, and different equipment plans need to be formulated according to the different materials and capacity. Welcome to contact us for specific information.
