Panvert Investments (Private) Limited is a diversified enterprise group headquartered in Zimbabwe, with operations spanning agriculture, kemikaalit, logistics, and infrastructure. As part of its long-term strategy to enhance agricultural productivity and support local farmers, the company made a strategic move to invest in modern fertilizer manufacturing capabilities.

Facing increasing demand for high-quality compound fertilizers in Zimbabwe and the surrounding regions, Panvert sought to establish an in-house production line that would meet international standards in efficiency, sustainability, and output quality.

In 2023, Panvert Investments partnered with us to install a 10-ton per hour compound fertilizer granulation production line. The project includes a complete processing system from batching, sekoitus, rakeinen, kuivuminen, jäähdytys, seulonta, to packaging.

Implementation Highlights

Räätälöinti: The entire line was tailored to accommodate Zimbabwean raw material availability and local climate conditions.

Koulutus: On-site technical support and staff training were provided to ensure smooth operation and long-term maintenance.

Turnkey Delivery: Laitteet toimitettiin, asennettu, and commissioned within 90 päivä, achieving full production readiness ahead of the planting season.
