It consists of a screening box, a vibrator, a suspension (or support) device and an electric motor.
The vibrating screening mesh is operated by the reciprocating rotary vibration which is generated by the vibrator excitation. The upper rotating heavy hammer of the vibrator causes the screen plane to whirling vibration, while the lower rotating heavy hammer causes the sieve surface to produce a conical rotary vibration, and the combined effect of the rotating heavy hammer causes the screen surface to produce the complex rotary vibration. The vibration trajectory is a complex space curve. The curve is projected into a circle on the horizontal plane, and the projection on the vertical plane is an ellipse. By adjusting the exciting force of the upper and lower heavy hammer, the amplitude can be changed. While adjusting the space phase angle of the upper and lower heavy hammer, the curve shape of the screen surface movement track can be changed, and the movement track of the material on the screen surface can be changed.
